I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an MBA in Taxation and over 20 years of experience in the U.S. financial industry. Since 2014, I’ve focused on helping individuals and small businesses navigate accounting, taxation, and payroll with confidence. In 2021, I founded H&A Tax and Accounting Services LLC, a Georgia-based CPA firm serving clients virtually. I specialize in bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax, individual and business tax preparation, and business entity setup.
Andy Duy Do

With over 10 years of experience in tax advisory, including more than 5 years as a Master Tax Advisor with H&R Block, I bring extensive expertise in tax preparation, compliance, and client consultation. From 2024 to 2026, I also served as a team leader for the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, leading and supporting the team in providing accurate and reliable tax assistance to the community.
